Brazil watchdog fines Morgan Stanley, Royal Bank of Canada for forex manipulation

Cade had already fined Barclays Plc (BARC.L), Citigroup Inc (C.
N), Deutsche Bank AG (DBKGn.DE), HSBC Holdings Plc (HSBA.
L) and JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM.N) 183.
